Meet the Creators

Matthew Peiper

A graphic and industrial designer by trade, Matthew has long wanted to put his mark on the world with a new product or significant commercial or fine art piece.

When Jacob first pitched the Switchboard project, Matthew immediately recognized the mass-market appeal. He suggested adding pattern switching to compliment number switching, and assisted Jacob in finalizing and testing out the other rules.

Matthew’s most significant contributions to Switchboard can be seen in the branding and aesthetic design, and in running day-to-day operations.

Jacob Peiper

Jacob, an industrial engineer with a passion for invention, has long been driven to create something new and exciting. As his enthusiasm for board games increased, he realized he could introduce fresh and entertaining experiences to the realm of tabletop games.

Drawing on his analytical expertise and appreciation for game theory, Jacob drafted Switchboard’s initial rules, striking a balance between strategic depth and accessible mechanics, making it enjoyable for players of all ages and skill levels.
